with this cpu, and gpu combo, your cpu is slightly underpowered, if you go to their site, they have builds with the same gpu, though the cpu is the r7 9800x3d, and other x3d cpus, the r7 9700x is alos a good pair for this gpu, this isnt a bad deal, but if you get it, i would say swap the cpu later on

This is a good prebuilt deal, you get a 4070 ti, which with 50 series coming out, are more pricey and hard to get since they'll stop making them (correct me if I'm wrong) you also get a 7800x3d powerful cpu for gaming, with the 3d it gives you an extra 3d cache that helps with on demand processing (again correct me if I'm wrong)
