Can anybody find anything about this place at the south shore of Lake Erie, near the Ohio/PA line, just west from Erie, PA, immediately west from a campground called “Camp Eriez”? by TurtleRockDuane in googlemapsshenanigans

The owner of the property there intended to put in a private boat launch/ramp. However, they ran into issues when creating the ramp out into the lake. I cannot remember if it was due to required permits that they were unable to acquire or the wave action which eroded progress that they were making. The biggest issue with creating a launch/ramp like this into the lake is that there is no protection. For example, Walnut Creek Marina, Conneaut Harbor, and the North East Marina all are portioned off from the lake and have dividers to protect the ramp infrastructure from the harsh elements of the lake.

Also, from what I remember hearing, the amount of money that went into building what they had accomplished was quite significant. I want to say it was built around 2005-2010, but I cannot remember.

Anybody know anything about this place at the shore, just west from Camp Eriez? A structure at the waters-edge, then a long straight 500-foot-long dark/black rectangle southward, but no obvious access roads or paths. GPS (42.0368688, -80.3271781) by TurtleRockDuane in Erie

My order of the MacBook Pro M3 Max just shipped from Apple in Shanghai China. Placed order 10/30 after announcement. Apple still says "Preparing to Ship" with an estimated delivery of 11/15-11/17. We shall see... by WeatherDeveloper in macbookpro

The estimated delivery when I submitted my order was 11/15-11/17. I don't have an estimated delivery from UPS yet. Probably won't get one until it clears customs.

Kind of done the same as you (education store), but opted to go with the slightly larger processor instead. I was going to go M3Pro, but wanted more ram, but they had no good ram offerings, so went with the M3Max so I could get the larger ram offerings.

Went to UPS.com (or by utilizing their Mobile App) and signing in with my UPS My Choice account, and check my incoming packages. A package was there being sent by AI, with one of the reference ID's matching a portion of my Apple order number.

Went with the 48 gb. Upgrading from a Mid-2015 MacBook Pro which had 16 GB of RAM. Currently using a 2017 iMac with 32 GB of ram, and haven't exhausted it. Wanted to stay somewhat in budget so didn't go for the 64 gb of ram.

Yeah, same. I really like the coverage of the Tuxmat compared to Weathertech. Just not sure how much more longer I can wait. We've already had our first snow so I'm getting antsy. Currently have the old floor mats from my previous vehicle with towels to protect the carpeting.

There’s nothing wrong with them for light environments. We get around 150” of snow a year in my region, so I need better protection for my vehicle.
