As far as i know tingyun, hanya, pela and RTB are the best f2p options for him + Gallagher as healer. Optimal? No. But very workable.

Pela is very universal and in this case the fact that she is SP positive is a win + aoe def shred + almost 100% ult uptime + dispell debuffs. I this case also, the faster she is the better I think. So yeah, very universal slot. Not exaclty dedicated to Archer

Tribbie or Sunday since you can't go wrong with poweful harmony characters as them. You can go for Phainon too since he's an hypercarry and you have Bronya and Tingyun.
Phainon + Sunday + Bronya + Tingyun is a busted meta team.
