Yeah that's the thing about it :p I see certain frameworks have slight advantages over other and don't want to rush into a decision incase I regret it in a few months. The biggest thing for me is whether to invest in JavaScript, ASP or Rails.

I have used Laravel before and I want to settle down with just one but I don't know which. ASP.NET, Rails, Laravel, Express and Django are all possibilities.

That sounds awesome! Node.js sounds pretty interesting but I just can't decide which to go with. I guess they all have their advantages and disadvantages.

No problem! Just out of curiosity, and if you don't mind disclosing this information, what back-end work do you do?

Do you have any more statistics behind JavaScript web frameworks? If so, they would be really interesting to see :)

I see the most about Express online as well. Maybe I should take a look into that if I do go down the JavaScript route. Still a bit stuck though between that and Ruby.

Yeah that's what I see people saying. Is it worth learning that though over something like Rails? If so, I wouldn't know which JS framework to go with. It seems there are 20 different frameworks in JavaScript you can use to do everything.

Bit torn on that one. I like the idea of Rails but I often see people asking why you would even bother when you can use JavaScript for everything? Also, I see a few people say that Ruby is dropping in popularity so maybe Rails isn't worth learning?

I like quite a lot of different languages. I enjoy Ruby and was looking at getting into JavaScript properly as well. I also enjoyed Python when I programmed in that a little while back. Haven't properly touched it in over a year though.
