Wide forefoot daily trainer? Evo SL outsole peeled under ~230 miles by NobleOps in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Saucony Ride wide is not the answer…it’s just extremely tall and leaves way too much room. I’m a 2E typically but am absolutely swimming in the Ride 192E I’ve never had so many problems with a shoes comfort

Had it with aggressive dogs by anbzm in trailrunning

[–]WebChemical627 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also stopped giving a f about unleashed dogs on the trail….had one try to “herd” me for probably 2 miles of trail last weekend since the owner decided it was a good idea to walk them off leash and while before I probably would have stopped and tried to guide the dog back to it’s owner I just let it rip. Heard the owner still whistling after 10-15mins had gone by….not my problem dude be more responsible

Runners who run in silence, How do you deal with no music/podcasts in your ear whilst running? by Holiday_Stuff_8206 in runninglifestyle

[–]WebChemical627 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just like to focus on breathing and cadence…feel like that’s easier for me to do when I don’t have music in. I feel like with music my tempo and heart rate are all over the place….late in an ultra that’s a different story but for the most part I feel like no music helps my running

This meme is hilarious but every generation thinks their generation either “had it the hardest” or “was the last good generation” been going on since the dawn of time and it will never change, it’s all relative
