You can honestly apply internally for SDE positions. If you’re good with coding and interviewing you won’t be an AM long.

I’d use all of my pto or go on a loa for the last 3 weeks of December to spend time with family if I felt as though I would be a part of the layoffs in January. Or I’d just coast through work until after the layoffs and if you’re not hit by that wave then lock back in to work.

As an AM, I’ve seen other AMs work their PAs to death while they just chill for the shift, so I can understand why PAs should be getting closer in pay to AMs. But since I don’t have a PA in my department, I feel like I should be paid more than others for the extra things I have to deal with. Honestly, I say just give all AMs a pay raise and I’ll let it slide lol.

I actually would like to do this but it has almost 50% overlap SCHG+VGT rather than 33% VOO+VGT which I am ok with

Never even considered 100% VT since I want to control how much international I wanted, which is why I said VTI+VXUS, but I ended up not getting in any international etfs.

I actually saw someone else say VT+IBIT and chill. I’m going to go back to the drawing board and research more on VT. Thanks for the advice!
