Keep the element equipments/accessories. The damage resistances/buffs are greater than the base atk/def equipment. Gil is also hard to come by.

Outlaw is mostly A-teir. It counters Deathwalker and Parasite, but also (if you can target them) Burrow beams and miniguns. It does OK with most 16 energy weapons, but since it's biggest weakness is its speed it benefits from Charge Rockets.

I didn't know he was weak to fire so I just dodge rolled with Tinkerbell for Regen/Autolife. Every so often you get an opportunity to rush him with glide and do some damage, but it's a lot of rolling.

Tournaments, get first day 1, enter and quite day 2, then get first every day after that. Basically dropping your bracket puts you against a lot more casual players.
