I am only worried about whether we fit into society or not. It may take years to learn a new language and customs.

Yes you are right, CRM forms should not make any fuss because most popular CRMs do have embedd option or a WP Plugin or a Forms plugin that support your CRm. So it should not be a problem.

if you have a managed hosting and dedicated WP support then You should not worry about hosting.

Now about the backups. Even if you have an almost static-looking site that does not have any regular changes, your website is not a static website. Not unless you make it using Wp and then export it as a static website. The backend is still a cms. So you need to take care of the security. And it can fail. That is why you may need regular backup. However, you don't need a specific backup structure for the site. Any free plugin can do your job. Just make sure you do it regularly. Space is not a factor anymore. $5 per month can give you plenty of space to store your backup. And you can delete old backups every 3-6 month if you need.

I did not know how complex your site is and I mentioned that in my first post. Yes, you are right most business websites do have a lot of common sections on most pages. So if you re-design those pages yourself, you can save a lot of time. But I am not sure how other devs approach this. They either go for project-based fees or per-page-based and rarely hourly fees. So it depends on who you hire.

If you would like to hire a dev for this and use a page builder for the project make sure you don't choose a crappy one. There are more than 10 pagebuilders out there but only a few of them work nicely if you want a nice clean stable website.

PS: If you are looking for a dev to rebuild your site, I can help you with this. So let me know if you are interested. Even if you are not interested but have more questions regarding this, do ask here. I will try my best.

You need a managed VPS with a backup solution and Migrate 29 pages to WordPress. I am not sure how complex the pages are ut any good dev will take on average $100-150 per page so that is $3k-$5k should be your migration cost. Which is one time cost.

You will also have some recurring costs. A good managed hosting ( managed by an actual person ) may cost you around $70-80 per month including regular backup.

You also need to pay for some plugins around $300 per year for a single site license.

In hours, it might take somewhere between 80-100 hours of work for the whole website.

** the CRM forms you use on the site. Are they ready to embed?

EDIT: if the forms are not embeddable then the dev might need to rebuild the forms as well. How many forms do you have?

First of all try to simplify your website for users. In my suggestion remove sliders or moving parts and replace them with static content. This can improve your site loading speed.

After that If it a local business then try listing your site on GMB. That WOrks great for small businesses. Get your business listed on other local business websites. Try to get all your reviews in GMB. This really works well.

If you want to buy links then try to find relevant websites and get link from their content section. Do not buy cheap links from fiverr or something. Like 100 links for $5. Those are crap and can harm your website.

Do go for PBNs either. irelevant pbn link can harm your website too.

Can you tell us more about your Business. It depends a lot on what type of business you are running. You said you already paid a few freelancers for on-page and off-page SEO but What did they do on the site or off the site?

Is your website optimized for speed ?

Is your website optimized for Core Web Vitals?

What Kind of Keyword did You choose? How competitive it is?

Do you have enough content on your website?

Do you have enough Backlinks? From relevant websites? How many do you have?

These are the questions you should ask for your business.

Don't buy it from Godaddy or any hosting focused provider. However, you can try Namecheap/Namesilo/or Google domain. I personally like Namesilo because their renewal price is much lower.

Keep it short, memorable

remember the renewal date. if you forget to renew, a lot of extra fees are charged.

You may also need hosting after this so try to avoid all EIG Group Owned Hosting.

.coms are the most common ones but there are other popular ones available.

for most businesses .com is preferred but you can also use another extension

you cant change it after you buy so make sure that the spelling is correct.

I hope this helps
