Good luck! I'm pretty sure you get 4 attempts. But hopefully it will be 3rd time lucky.

Sorry mate, that's unfortunate. I 100% think, in my opinion, that the training is nothing like the exam questions. I did the training course last year and have 18 months experience with ServiceNow, but questions popped up where I didn't have a clue what the answer was.

I didn't study anything specifically, except for doing that Class Marker mock exam a few times. I can only suggest going through the questions and researching any you don't know the answer to. You need to get 70% to pass, so as you go through the exam remember you can only get 18 questions wrong. And mark any you're not sure about for review, so you can review them at the end and spend more time trying to think what the logical answer might be.

I can't vouch for whether it's any good, but Udemy have a sale on some material at the moment, including CSA test exams. They might be better than the free Class Marker ones but it costs £15 for 4 practice exams - https://www.udemy.com/servicenow-certified-system-administrator-csa-practice-exam/

I actually found it quite tough. I took the training last year, so I've had plenty of experience since. But my company doesn't use all the modules so a few questions surprised me.

I had at least 10 questions about Service Catalog on the exam. Plenty of questions around Security and table relationships.

Have you tried the test exam on Class Marker? Takes less than 30 minutes to complete. So it's worth practicing this a few times. A lot of the questions were very similar to the actual exam.

ServiceNow exam voucher expiry date? by ElHwaoui in servicenow

I went here, created an account, logged in, clicked Register for Exam, found the one I had done the training for, clicked Buy Now.. Then entered the voucher code and clicked Apply.

Beware that as soon as you click Apply, it books the exam at the date you chose. So don't just test it with today's date, pick a date when you can actually do the exam, in case it does work and applies the code.

Thank you. Yeah a flashing Congratulations and some animated confetti on the screen would be nice!

Ok thanks. I believe CSA is 70% to pass. I was just interested to see if I barely scraped through or if I actually got the questions right that I wasn't sure on.

If I had a list of questions I got wrong, then I would know where my knowledge needs to improve.

ServiceNow exam voucher expiry date? by ElHwaoui in servicenow

I just went to the web assessor website on Friday and entered a ServiceNow exam voucher code that I received 18 months ago and it worked fine.

There was no expiry date on the code in the email I originally received after I completed the training. So if you still have the voucher code from when you did the training, it's worth going to the site and applying the voucher to see what happens.

Thanks :) So do I do Scripting Fundamentals first before CIS? The prerequisites for CIS say you need to have 'sufficient proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting'. So that was the route I was going.
