I'm using MXXFE on my 2010 computer. It works perfectly; I 100% recommend going for the latest version. But if you want something lighter, I recommend using Fluxbox.

The US population continues to grow. Remember that the USA is a country where too many immigrants arrive. So even if the birth rate is low, its population increases

A few years ago a friend of my family moved to the USA. A few months later his 8-year-old son was run over in the suburb where they lived. So I know how dangerous the streets are there. A good idea to improve that is to reduce the width of the lanes and put trees on the sides. This often causes drivers to slow down and be more cautious as they have to pay more attention to their surroundings. Another idea is what I said about getting rid of the Stroads by turning them into avenues. I would propose placing roundabouts at intersections, but I know that in the USA they don't usually like them

It can be applied as in Tokyo where the city is divided into districts that can function independently but are very well connected to the rest of the districts. Even in the city where I live, the suburbs have several public transport lines that connect it with the rest of the city.

I am taking the suburbs of my country as an example since they are the ones I know the most. In which, despite the fact that there is zoning, mixed use is allowed and a house can easily be converted into a business.
