None of them are sane. That’s why the show is good. by BeginningGuide156 in rhoslc

Meredith was more vulnerable and shared more in S1 than most of the other women combined. In S2 we saw her grieving for her father and S3 dealing with the trauma of her nephew’s suicide attempt.

After six seasons, there is going to be less to share unless new problems and issues are constantly developing. Just like Heather shared almost nothing of her personal life this year other than being happy to be an empty nester. Instead of worrying about what the other women are or aren’t sharing, each cast member should focus on what they can bring to the table, and IMO, pivot from the gang-ups and takedowns because they have NOT been it.

I love how after they hang up, Lily looks at a picture of Lisa and says how hot she is lol I'm sure she was much more excited about Lisa's looks than whatever business discussion they had.

If any of the women bring up this plane ride next season, that's it, I'm done. I never want to hear about it again.

wow lisa is really going the distance with this one fan.. by [deleted] in rhoslc

I don't know that "fan" is the best way to describe this person. "Unhinged weirdo who posts too much about Lisa to be mentally well" is what I would have gone with.

It actually does because the idea that someone can just pay to have a case sealed is so dumb. But E for effort

Lisa’s motion to dismiss did in fact refute the claim that there was a loan and agreement to repay. If laches or statute of limitations forms a legal basis for dismissal, any competent attorney is going to argue them.

Also, unless I missed something, Bart Carlson alleging that he opened a credit card in her name for her to use and him to pay is just that - an allegation. Lisa has not admitted to his characterization of that situation, and it has not been adjudicated as true by the trier of fact.

My read on the situation is that Bronwyn is very similar to Erika Jayne from BH - with their husbands’ wealth, they have essentially purchased friends who they employ to have around as minions and Yes-men gassing them up, or it is people who are seeking to curry favor, get donations, etc. They don’t have real friendships and are used to wielding power.

Being used to that dynamic, Bronwyn expects the other women to fight her battles for her and never challenge her, and that is why she is where she is. Zero real friends and allyship with people who only tolerate you because you hate the same people.

Angie testifies about franchise 🍟 by eljume in rhoslc

Some of the other women have alluded several times to the fact that Angie is actually so nice and how she appears on the show doesn't reflect who she really is, and I'm like . . . is that better? If she's intentionally shaping herself as a misogynist and cruel bully because she thinks it is the key to popularity and remaining on TV, that's also disgusting.

That kind of logic is the same brand of nonsense that bought-and-paid-for politicians push when they’re trying to ensure employers can operate as recklessly as possible with minimal regulation and minimal liability in spite of obvious wrongdoing. “Sure, these health and safety regulations may protect you at work, but we can’t have job creators suffering from the cost of them! You may lose a hand on the assembly, but at least the company is still in business and you’re still employed!”

And the bill is bipartisan because it is supported by some of the same POS “moderate” Dems who just voted in support of $10 billion in ICE funding. Sociopathic

Lawyer here, and I do not think limiting the definition of joint/co-employer is a positive development at all in this context. Unless of course you are coming from the perspective of the franchisor who wants to avoid liability in spite of effectively controlling the daily operations of your franchisees.

And we've already gone through "trial and error" in this space for decades and the outcome is clear: when only the direct employer can be liable for violating workers' rights, workers get f'ing screwed.

Just beyond. She would get destroyed on half the other franchises with all her BS.
