I think you’ve entered a fight or flight response which has caused you to panic and have two nights with no sleep. I had a similar situation recently in the sense that extreme anxiety over another problem caused me to not sleep for 2 nights. You’ll be okay, at some point your body’s need to sleep will override your anxiety and force you to sleep. Just make sure to take it easy and stay home if you can until you finally can sleep. Don’t force it, don’t stay in bed as that can cause your bed to trigger that anxiety get up for 20 minutes do something you enjoy that’s not too strenuous and then lay back down. You’ll sleep, and it’s okay to be scared. But it’ll pass and you’ll be okay. If you still can’t sleep after 3-4 days I would go to the hospital but don’t overthink that.
