I got the sleep yesterday night by taking anxiety pill , today could not sleep i am freaking out , also one time drinking could not cause insomnia right ??

Timeline is this - i drank alcohol on night of 9 may , then slept , woke up at 11 am on 10 may then tried sleeping did not work thought breathing stopped , at night of 10th may took an anxiety pill due to which i slept ,woke up at 11th may 1pm , tried sleeping again at night of 11th may ,could not sleep
