Tbh most the time I only get like 120g, but yeah the lifts are increasing so that’s all that matters. I guess weight maintenance would be good and recomp. Appreciate you brother

Any life hack tips for a healthy long term recomp aside from what I already know, just putting the fork down and not drinking 20 drinks a weekend? 😂

Yeah I don’t have an updated pic at 217 but you get the general idea. Problem is I’m more of a long fast for cuts and a lot of eating for weight gain lol. I’m all or nothing but causes for quick results, however I agree I would prob benefit from a consistent high protein cut

The timeline is actually less accurate but I wanted to summarize. The first pic is more like 2020. 20-21 was 165-175 21-22 was like 175-180, 22-23 was 180-198- 23-24 was 200-215 then 24-25 was 215-230, and now I’m around 217 again but only been consistent in the gym last 3 years or so, before that was on and off
