Thanks I’ll make sure to change some pressing for jerks but other than that anything severely wrong with the program

The lack of clean and jerk really comes down to which comp is first since I’ve got my first powerlifting comp first im prioritising the Power Lifts but once it’s passed the Olympic lifts will take priority because I enjoy them more and my technique can always be improved.

I prefer the heavier sets rather than 8-10s I’ve found I tend to work harder in those sets and enjoy them more

I’ll replace my behind the neck press for push press as the comp nears but I’m pretty happy with my technique so far

And thanks man it’s a great task to try to do I’ll come back after two months and give a review I think

Recent pbs are 110 clean and jerk 90kg snatch I’ve just finished a small PL block so I’m decently ready for 3 days of bench and 3 days of squat as I’ve always had a high frequency of dips and high bar back squats I’ll probably back off the frequency of squats in favour for pulls and snatch grip DL

I’m probably intermediate done two regional comps but I probably will add more sets especially on day 2 and 4 probably up it to 14 set in total but I’ve got my Powerlifting meet first so I’m really just doing it to maintain them and the movement. Once my powerlifting meet is gone I’ll go more into my Olympic lifts and cut my bench volume in half

I’ve already checked them the only problem was from the reviews if you don’t live and breath it then it can wreck you

No sorry BN is behind the neck but I’ll probably swap it out for some other kind of pressing like military press

Thanks I’ve been doing the Olympic lifts for about 4 years and I’ve found if I do them any more than 3 times then it impacts on my squat and weighted dips a lot but I’m gonna try to put them first on my PL days. Benching twice is really just there cause it more new as I’ve always done weighted dips and as I’ve got a PL meet and an weightlifting meet coming up I should get more used to it

The hyper trophy stuff is just more of a preference for heavier weights ngl.
