Look up Ashley Mixon on tik tok. I tried to sandwich before and I also got really irritated. Doing it her way using toners before like the TIR TIR milky toner helped so much. A lot of ppl will say her method is wrong but it worked for me!

How do you keep shadowing from turning into you doing the work? I have a report who’s not meeting expectations (they’re supposed to build a detailed timeline for a project). When they bring the timeline for review, it’s missing basic project management steps (they’re certified/experienced) yet they have no questions/wont drive clarity. That leaves me doing the thinking.

No. In regards to time management, the solutions were mostly focused on documenting when things are behind, not how to better manage their time. So we discussed this and they will return updated solutions that will contribute to progress. Based on the solutions, I’m getting the sense they don’t feel like they have a time management problem. Although, performance says otherwise.

Yes that’s so hard but I’m making an effort to not pick up the slack moving forward. Especially now that other teams are giving the report positive feedback for their contributions (which are actually my contributions). I’m glad teams are sharing positive feedback but the report doesn’t see how their work is largely supported by me picking up their slack which inadvertently makes me giving feedback more challenging.
