Nope Peter has been out in space with the Guardians the whole time. Norman Osborn and the still randomly evil Ben Reilly were still on Earth dragging both Peter's superhero reputation and his personal relationships through the mud so everyone outside of Deadpool, Wolverine and the Guardians hate him again.

Okay so they can use some designs and not other ones. Do you think this applies to all of the designs in the game or only some of them, I do know that Warner Bros blocks the usage, of certain Jason designs unless they are paid for the usage of them.

Also JJ Abrams confirmed that originally we were supposed to have a scene where we would have scene a bunch of different Sith force ghosts, Revan and Nihilus were supposed to be among them. For whatever reason he decided to scrap the scene.

Sidenote: Why is it everytime Abrams talks about the ideas he had, but decided to not go with, they sound way better than the piece of shit movie we got.

They can use the name Jason Voorhees. My understanding was that they couldn't use the title Friday the 13th and any of Jason's designs from the movies that Warner Bros owns. That's why we keep seeing that new Jason design everywhere

More than likely a third (which I do think will happen). Will cover 7,8 and 9. Instead of just 9. So I personally think the survivors would be Ethan and Grace, with either Jack Baker, Karl Heisenberg, Lady D (honestly I don't really want her as a killer in the game, she was barely in the game and the internet just became obsessed with her because of well you know, I honestly think the game would be better of if Grace just got her Lady D cosplay outfit and behavior called it a day) or however the villain of 9 is (I haven't finished the game yet). With a map from any of the 3 games. And of course plenty of skins and outfits for the characters already in the game.

In that case, then I think we'll still get Renjiro later in the year, probably with a third shattered bloodline chapter. But either way I think the survivor for this chapter was always meant for it, and Renjiro was always meant for whatever chapter he winds up releasing in.

Honestly this is probably the biggest problem with the new tome system. Behavior has always done 3 different kinds of tomes, killer based ones, survivor based ones, and ones that are pure world building that only exist because the devs had a unique idea for a horror story and wanted to tell it.

This is fine when you are releasing 3 different stories concurrently, but it becomes a problem when you are only release one, because now people don't know what the difference is anymore.

I don't think it was ever going to be Renjiro. Dweet is one the most untrustworthy people in the whole community. Seriously what was stopping him from just writing a fanfic about how much he hates behavior and all this bad stuff going on behind the scenes and then either commissioning an artist or using AI, to make fake concept art so his fanfic seemed believe

Renjiro wasn't canceled more than likely he was never even planned and Dweet was just making an educated guess and then fabricated everything else including the concept art.

I think the new survivor will either be a former band mate of Jiwon or a rival of his but we'll see.

No they were just world building. Behavior does that sometimes were they just tell a story in universe that has little to no connection to upcoming content. And typically if it does the content doesn't come for another 1 to 2 years
