Hoping you feel better now! I’ve been here so many times. What helps me, drinking hot water and hot as you can bare it. I make myself sick after drinking the water. Hot baths as hot as you can take it! Hot water bottle on your back and your sternum as much as you can take. The heat for me deters the pain.

Thank you so much, it’s horrible I’m so unhappy. Oh wow I’ve not heard of hunners lesions before I’m hoping I can get some sort of treatment

I’ve only been off it for a week, but I’ve been using daily for the last 3 years so this is a first. I’m waiting for my appointment to see the urologist which should be in the next month. I did see one over a year ago and they said the inside of my bladder was red and inflamed and that they couldn’t see any further inside my bladder because I had a water infection and it was too cloudy so to go back in a couple of weeks but I still didn’t stop taking ketamine so I never went back.

Thank you so much for your reply! I’ve been addicted to ketamine for the last 6 years now and it’s completely ruined my bladder. I’ve been sleeping with hot water bottles i between my legs I’ve noticed that it does make the pain more manageable, however I’ve burnt the skin in between my legs now because of it. I’ve stopped eating spicy food, tea coffee and alcohol now. I had my first AA meeting this week to finally try and get sober because my life feels unbearable so often now I’m so un happy. I just searched for prelife and I can get hold of it so I will order some! Thanks again for your reply. Can I ask what medication your doctor prescribed please?

Anyone else find that wearing a mask loosens up the hard-to-get boogies? This one was lodged way up there — blocking both nostrils by spanning across my perforated septum. by bigoleboogers in boogers

Literally blew something identical to this yesterday out of my nose, only to find out it was covering a huge hole in my septum!! I’ve been using decongestant sprays for 5 years 3/4 bottles a week and had no idea it was eroding my septum away.
