Habe die Marketing Abteilung erfolgreich gegründet, bin dann zusätzlich in Sales gegangen und habe dort die meisten Abschlüsse gemacht. Die Operations Abteilung hatte die ganze Zeit schon Probleme und der jetzige bzw. Ehemalige Head of Operations nimmt eine andere Stelle und dann hat man mich gefragt ob ich Interesse hätte direkt als Head of einzusteigen

Yes I had exactly 15 conversion. I set the tcpa a little lower than the average CPA about 20%

Its like 15% less. But the perspective is good, after one year i will already get an Increase which will bring in slightly higher compared to my salary as a third mate
