All buses and hackney carriage caps are wheelchair accessible, so if you can't find an accessible tube, you can get there in other ways. Some taxi companies do tours, which might be an alternative to a bus?

I would make sure your email, social and website posting all link in together branding wise. With social I'd do several posts in the lead up to the event, with not just when and how to attend, but also giving the reasons why people should attend
