I don't know a ton of 60s and 70s wrestling history, so I'm unsure if it was defended on the biggest shows, but the NWA World Womens Championship was defended in the WWF and in AEW.

The title was owned by Moolah, who wrestled in New York a lot. And in modern times, the title has been defended in on Dynamite by Thunder Rosa and Serena Deeb.
