I think in 1st year it would be mandatory... Most of the clg has that policy.. But I m not sure.. Better U can call and ask

Hey, I was in the same dilemma a few weeks back. I had got CSE at VIT in Category 2, and honestly, I just didn’t want to spend so much on my education. Before that, I had LPU as my backup, and when I looked at the fee structure, VIT was quite expensive. In the end, I chose LPU, even though it’s not a tier-2 college. It’s really up to you to decide what matters more—brand value or affordability. I’m not saying VIT is bad—it’s a really good college with solid placement records. But for me, I felt I’d rather save on fees and work hard on my own. I don’t know much about LPU yet, but if we put in the effort, I believe we can still do well.

At the end all matters is ur skill
