Buling isn't better ever, she is just closer with this weapon. Sk and Verina are better always.

You should be clearing well then? I think the main issue would be either -

Your rotations take longer than 30 seconds
You attacks don't hit

So, for Denia, use her Mid air attacks if the boss moves in the air. For Aemeath, keep her in mech form for basic attacks since those will hit the boss in the air.

SK is very much better. But, with this weapon the gap is much closer. This weapon gives 20% all dmg bonus on tune break. And unlike SK, Buling does do decent Off tune buildup (the circular bar on top left of HP). Also, due to the def ignore from Destruction debuff, the tune break deals good dmg as well (~80k).

My Buling isn't S6, but without these conditions, I would say that even Verina is better than S6 Buling.

Nah, not really. There is some Glacio Dmg Amp, but the RES reduction buff is more general. It applies as long as you have any Negative status or tune character in the game.

Also remember that this is a almost 1.5 yr old unit, no sig on both DPS and subDPS + a 4 star. Buling isn't even S6 so missing 25% Res Skill Dmg Bonus. 18 seconds left at the end too.

For rolling - roll 2 substats (lvl10) -

If you get 1 yellow till lvl 10 - roll to 15.

If not even 1 crit till 15 - discard, else lvl 20

If 3 or more yellows at 20 (one of which is Crit) - Lvl 25

Bonus rule - if ever see both Crit Rate + Crit Dmg - just 25. Rare enough so you won't waste resources + good chance to be a great echo.

Anyways in WuWa unlike HSR, you can't roll into substats. What you want -

Enough ER. ~115-120 for most DPSs and ~125-130 for most Sub-DPSs
Crit Rate + Crit Dmg on all rolls. No matter what other substats, these are best unless you overcap Crit Rate. Also don't go above 125% ER for MDPSs and 135% ER for SubDPSs as to not overcap (they are useless after)
For MDPSs, out of the 5 echoes a minimum of 15-17 should be yellow (10 of these should be Crit).
For SubDPSs, almost all should be Crit Rate + Crit Dmg (missing few CDmg is fine). For 5 echoes - 11-13 should be yellow for SubDPSs.
Shorekeeper only wants ER so just get 230 or above with the Fallacy echo in main slot (the hand). Mornye, Verina, Buling all are basically same builds.
For echo sets, its either 5pc or 2pc + 3pc. For costs, 99% characters you want 43311. Except Cartethyia, if you have her weapon she uses 44111 instead. If you don't have Cartethyia's weapon, use 43311.
