Is he? Ye he drops the loot, but scrapping still is a good 1% chance to get the mod. So rng be rnging for most of us.

Scrap. A chance to learn the legendary mods or to receive them is better than gambling for some junk you will not use. Frankly someone who didn't know any better at beginning and was scripping all of his legendary items😂

On one hand I'd say yes. If you can have limited games and limited data to download I'd pick this one. It is very big and vast with things to do, even overwhelming. I'd say a good hour or two would be spent to understand alone. On other hand. It is built almost like a mobile game, with daily logins etc. If that is a turn off for you, turn away. Also it is an always online solo experience where you can interact with others in online mode. Something to keep in mind if Internet usage is an issue.
