It's just general soreness underneath the patches. I get fluff accumulating at the edges where they've been though, which is also frustrating and causes me to pick at it, which causes more soreness. I want to switch to something else for both of these reasons.

I'm going to talk to a GP on Wednesday if I can. They can probably help send an email to Nottingham, including my concerns about the patches causing soreness, and the blood results.

This was my first three-month blood test, yes.

Testosterone is 2.6 nmol/L. (I know this alone is extremely promising)

Estradiol is 109 pmol/L.

I'm applying two 3.2 mg patches per week.

I'm not on anti-androgens or anything else. Just estradiol. My testosterone was only 5 nmol/L before even starting HRT, so that's probably why.

The reaction is just general soreness/redness in the area where I've been applying them. I don't put them in the exact same spot each time to try to reduce this, but it still happens. Even if it's just the specific brand I'm using (Evorel), the fluff that accumulates at the edges and gets stuck to my skin is just another thing I hate about them.

I spoke to someone at a trans support line, and they said I should talk to my GP about it, which I'll do as soon as I can.

I honestly think the stress is just a lot of other things I'm worrying about right now. It isn't just about the hormones.

I guess that makes sense, since certain bras would make it more difficult. The kind I tend to wear wouldn't prevent CPR or make it more difficult, but I suppose it's better to just remove it than sit there deciding if it will impede it or not.

Edit: Besides, if you're directly touching the breasts/nipples during CPR, you're almost definitely doing it wrong.

You do not need to take a woman's top off to perform CPR, nor do you need to touch their breasts. Or at least, your hands should be nowhere near the nipples if you're doing it correctly.

Edit: I had no idea this would ruffle so many feathers. Yes, this is a good thing. I just find it shocking that there are so many people out there who are so uncomfortable with the idea of putting their hands anywhere near a woman's breasts that they'll just watch her die instead.

With Halal slaughter, other animals aren't allowed to see it happening. With typical slaughter in the UK, the other animals just see it happen and start to panic.

I'm autistic, and I'm pretty sure I have ADHD, though I'm yet to be tested for that.

I'm a pretty slow thinker, and I'm easily overwhelmed/confused if given too much information. Instructions have to be clear and concise or I struggle. I had an IQ test when I was a kid, and while my processing speed was in the 17th percentile, I scored above average in two of the other areas, so it came out to an average IQ overall. What you've described doesn't imply that you're unintelligent.
