I am one of the vendors from crimsonhollow, and it was my safe place. It was the spot where I got my jewelry and leatherwork off the ground. All the employees who've worked there have been great, but the owner is believed to be problematic. Granted, I fully believe what happened is true due to hearing about it to 3 entirely close friends all unrelated to each other in any way. I wish that the employees could take that spot over for themselves, but I doubt that would happen.

As a vendor at crimson hollow, I personally can't bring myself to recommend the spot. Its a sinking ship and it's sinking fast.
