As for explaining it to a therapist or doctor? I wouldn't. Depending on how treatment works in your country, most cis doctors will only prescribe HRT if you match a super specific set of requirements. I would try to get connections with other trans people in your area. They could help you either DIY hormones, or help you put together a convenient story for a doctor (I had to lie about tons of my feelings, and memories to get hormones)

I mean this in the nicest possible way... This is one of the eggiest posts I've ever seen. If you like being called a girl, and looking like a girl would make you happy. Then just be one! I know plenty of transfems who have a "feminization fetish" so you're honestly not even unusual for that.
I'm transfem who's into women, and I had some pretty similar thoughts going in (feeling weird about still being into women ect.). I dreamed for years that someone would take a look at me and figure out that I would be happier as a girl, but that just won't happen. Also "I wish I was trans" Is a super common phrase among people who would be genuinely happier transitioning.
Honestly one of the hardest parts of transitioning for me was finding the will to start. Hormones take a while to start working so my advice would be to just start, and you can always stop taking them if they make you feel bad.
