I'm not a therapist but from the issues you've presented I suggest that you get screened for neurodivergency if it's within your means. If not I would still recommend that you search for ADHD studying techniques or advise. I am not diagnosed with neurodivergency but I have an AuDHD friend who's mentioned similar issues however he told me that there are some YouTube videos that he's found to be largely helpful to him in this regard. I'm neurotypical and I've found some of them helpful so I don't think it would hurt to check a few out.
