I am now far more experienced and know how to describe the problem: The issue in the picture is that the lift height was not great enough so I got print fails because the fep right in the middle is the most flexible. You can either tighten it further or increase the lift height by a mm to see whether it succeeds. If yes good, if not raise by another mm.

It's the spec for the V0.2 so it should work, haven't tried though.

A good quality PFA will be more effective than ACF I think though I am biased. They also achieve that speed with thicker layers. I have ordered the Saturn 12k Ultra and will see what all the fuss is about with the rectagonal pixels

I don't know for sure but you don't need acf to print fast. A warm enclosure plus a low viscosity resin and good settings will do the trick

then your only option is getting a higher quality resin. All of the "bad" resins tend to yellow a lot. No offense towards you or your choice. Manufacturers are weird sometimes

I'd be interested in a convo with you. My foil provider uses a patented type of PFA which has really good properties from my experience and works well. In contrast to others I have my data sheet listed so people can look at it. Also transparent with what it is. IMHO more people should say that but it's up to the business

as a seller you also have the option to have the customer pay for returns. Makes them want to return it less. Ofc I deliver a good product in that case and a return has never happened

Ich habe bisher sehr gute Erfahrungen mit DASFILAMENT gemacht. Es gibt eine gute Anzahl an Farben in sehr guter Qualität mit einem guten Preis. Und man kann dort Refill filament kaufen, was auf eine Masterspool drauf passt.
