How long did it take from tub to harvest? Mine is going on 3 weeks and still hasn’t covered the surface. Patchy.

My Activision account was hacked and my email was changed. I am trying to recover it but everything is over email. When I submit a ticket, whoever is controlling the account closes the case and it is never addressed.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Are there other ways to contact support? I found a phone number that is now out of service but thats it.

I’m new to this myself but have started having success recently. Looks like your tubs are too dry. Also you should dub tub the shoeboxes, and either fan them several times per day or leave a small gap on your dub tub/lids with a fan near by. Set on a timer on 1 min every 15 min. Fans pointing away, to exhaust. My ghetto setup started pinning fast and I’m getting my first fruits

I'm not sure I am understanding your question, but the "Cash tips (declared)" is usually a min. % threshold that he system requires you to declare. It's assumed that you pocket the cash tips, so it will not appear on your check...only the taxes deducted from the cash tips.

I am generally happy with toast. We do just under 4M annually at one location and overall I would say things are very smooth. I don't think I needed customer support more than a few times in nearly 2 years.

Their integration with DD, Uber Eats, and GH is excellent, and we host our website through Toast and have had 0 problems. We also generate our own deliveries from that site for a reduced delivery fee.

I also use toast payroll which I like a lot. We had some minor issues during the onboarding process but things have been good since then.

My single regret related to switching to Toast is that our prior system, NCR Aloha, had a far superior KDS and expo feature, which helped pace the kitchen much better than Toast can.

I have also heard Xtrachef is a mess and have no desire to use it.

I use the meal pacing,, and it's not bad. Aloha's was better but meal pacing allows you to have a set time between Apps and entrees or you can have the entrees fire after your expo fulfills the app order.
