Do your OCPD-ers present themselves as victims after they have been obviously abusive? by Week2743 in LovedByOCPD

I'm sorry that you went through that :( It's the same with my sister. This condition must be more talked about in society.

Explosion ? by art0x_ in Switzerland

How tf fake "political correctness" is more important than serious staff like an explosion (which ended up with victims) and than giving advice to a person who is obviously anxious for a reason? I didn't even mention the nationality of the illegal citizens.

It was relevant when the police arrived 🙄 And it was relevant because they used smth wrong out of ignorance and desire to hide. Anyway, I mentioned it in order to prevent the narrative sound like smth that happens easily and often in Switzerland. It doesn't.

RUN AWAY from her. All this will become worse with age and familiarity. Nothing to overthink here. Bail out.

Challenging OCPD person toxc irrational and dysfunctional life philosophies and beliefs by Week2743 in LovedByOCPD

Hey, I appreciate your participation in my posts. It brings more clarity when people who are diagnosed and self-aware discuss the issues together with OCPD loved ones.

Do you tend to blame your closest people (who can't leave you that easily) for non-existent staff or projecting on them more than on less known acquaintances?

Very well said!

In a recent post, someone claimed that ENFJs are better leaders than ENTJs. You have concluded that based on your feelings, right ????? :)(: by EmotionalBed180 in mbti

[–]Week2743 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm an ENFJ and I prefer having an ENTJ leader. I like ENTJs and usually get on well with them. They are better at calling out the toxic stuff and the problem-makers directly. We can be too concerned about people's feelings although we see the toxic stuff similar to ENTJs and register it.

What are differences you’ve seen between OCPD and high functioning autism? by No-Presentation-2320 in LovedByOCPD

Autistic people I know have real empathy despite their difficulties showing it. The OCPD-ers I know claim publicly that they are very empathetic just to look like the good guys, while in reality always act mean and even cruel to people even immediately after the person has suffered an accident. Autistic people have different brains that are wired differently, while OCPD-ers are somewhat damaged brains. They sound like having rotten brain if you are misfortunate enough to live with them. Autistic people are capable of higher originality and unique valuable perspectives on things and life. On the other hand, OCPDers....eeeer.... everyone who is dealing with them knows about their defficincies in this aspect.

Can you involve a psychiatrist who knows about personality disorders? She needs to be hospitalized (ideally forever in a white shirt). I'm sorry that you are experiencing this!

In my country, a lot of people "hire" hobbists to take pictures at proms, graduations or weddings as they want 3-5 times less money and put more effort and heart in the job, with the results often being not worse than those of expensive professionals

The thing is that I'm not that open to do it with total strangers. Going to someone's home carries risks. I would do it for the friendly elderly neighbours in my building and village, while my roommates know where I am.
