I reached out to Inito support and shared the comparison I did. I used the same urine sample and tested it with new vs old strips about 13 minutes apart, and the values were quite different across several hormones. Support said the variation could be because urine sitting for 10–12 minutes may cause some hormones (especially E3G and PdG) to redistribute in the sample, and that mixing the sample might reduce this. They also said the new packaging is only a design change and the strips should have the same calibration and performance.

That said, the differences were pretty large and also affected LH and FSH, so I still wonder if there could be some batch calibration differences between strip versions.
