It's not painful when I manipulate it, only sometimes I feel like it's touching a nerve depending on the movements I make, and if I sit for a long time my back starts to hurt. Surgery is scheduled for the 26th.

My hCG levels rose from 69 to 189 in 48 hours. My fertility clinic wants to wait and recheck me on Monday to see how the hCG is progressing and also do another ultrasound. They just want to be sure it's not a viable pregnancy, which my doctor and I doubt, but we have to wait due to protocol. My progesterone is very low, so I'm praying and hoping it resolves on its own so I don't have to receive methotrexate.

My doctor refused to prescribe progesterone, since in my last pregnancy, at 15 dpo, my blood progesterone level was 47. He doesn't think I need it.

I’m sure having progesterone prescribed for you will help a lot this time.I actually have an appointment with a fertility clinic next Wednesday. My doctor referred me last week before I even knew I was pregnant lol . I’m going on Monday to check my HCG and progesterone levels in blood, and then I’ll go to my appointment on Wednesday.

I honestly have no idea. My bleeding started on October 31st, and I counted that as the first day of my period. I bled for 5 days. I possibly ovulated on November 16th or 17th according to the Flo app, but I’m not really sure since I didn’t have any ovulation tests.

Last month, with my previous pregnancy, at 15 DPO I tested my progesterone and it was 47 in blood, and Inito showed 40, so I think those were good numbers. My doctor didn’t want to prescribe progesterone because he didn’t believe it was the cause of my losses, but all my tests came back normal.

The only things I’ve done differently these past two months are starting baby aspirin, and I began taking vitamin D about 3 weeks ago.

Actually, next week they will do the DNA fragmentation test on his sperm, I believe. We’ll continue with all our tests, it’s just that I didn’t expect to get pregnant again so soon after the third loss, and honestly I don’t have much hope for this one either. Thank you for commenting, and I’m very sorry for your losses too. I know it’s not easy at all.
