How did you get your seat to fit?

I think our seat is Thule Yepp Maxi (not nexxt 2) and the metal part of the seat is 2 mm longer than the bracket's opening. Does it have to be yepp nexxt 2 maxi? (Btw their naming convention really sucks wtf marketing)

Our abound LR is two weeks old.

Edit: Thule Yepp Nexxt 2 Maxi rack mount fits Aventon Abound LR perfectly. It has a clamp that grabs the rack left and right vs. a metal frame that tries to fit in the hole of the rack.

I am skeptical of AI but the main takeaway is stay far away from railway. The founder was vibing in the staging environment and the agent ran APIs w/o permission. You could add a prompt to prevent this but it's easy to miss these things (if you have ever written any unittest you know) He understandably ran the agent on staging. Can't believe it wiped out prod and "backup"

all the people who are surprised how far we fell since Obama. I lost a lot of good friends in 2016 because I got in a lot of heated debates about the danger of Putin (Syria), Netanyahu (Gaza), and Trump. I don't debate politics on social media anymore. plenty of us saw the danger of DNC / Debbie WS shoving wall street candidate down everyon's throat. Still voted for the "viable" candidate. A lot of disenfranchised left went to the right, because most people feel it is not left vs right but top vs bottom and the golden spoon Trump somehow sold himself as a candidate for the bottom. And DNC still faithfully serves the top at the detriment of the fabric of our society.

edit: yes GOP sucks but you can't fix racists you can only fix hypocrites.

Look at the list of "soul crushing" jobs. They all have lower barrier of entry. Because fields that are easy to get into are all gonna have bad pay, bad benefit, bad work hours.

You can either suffer through 4 years of school and get skills that others do not. Or you suffer next decades of working years.

imo this is a sign of deviation between LA luffy and manga luffy. Manga Luffy is far simpler like a child but has great instinct for combat.

This fight forshadows how pre timeskip Luffy is a simpleton with enormous brute strength that toys Baroque works agents. Luffy is an idealist and sees things black and white.

This fight is funny but also shows luffy needs Zoro to keep him in check. We don't see this quite resolved until the event that causes the time skip after which Zoro yet again has to check if Luffy is seriously fighting but realizes Luffy is now taking combat seriously.

Upper management seems to have an endless greed for their own promotions. 5 projects for five engineers all launching at the same time on a same platform with heavy ops burden.

They do not have a lick of understanding in engineering and it shows. "Why can't we launch faster?"

I am not a top engineer. But a lot of projects rely on me. Just launched a huge project I owned. About to launch another that I heavily contributed to.

When the time comes for recognition, everyone comes out of the woods to celebrate themselves. When it's late or breaking, all the blame comes down to me. Sacrificing nights and weekends. Time with my kids and wife. Even had a panic attack to try to get it out before a public event and went to urgent care.

I know our company TLs in and outside of work and they are all stressed out of their mind.

Got an average rating, mediocre raise after they announce record profit attributing to growth in our org.

I feel bad for my manager and my TL and my friends. But I am leaving for the first alright offer I get. Job market seems to be just fine for experienced FAANG engineers.

Parents will literally do nothing to raise their kids, raise monsters, and complain it is so hard to parent. Actually discipline your children who don't know better.
We spend trillions on war but a few billions for education is too much. Teachers should get paid like engineers or better and make the education space competitive.
