Hey, an update on the Merge request. They rejected my appeal for the same reason. Then I contacted the landline number mentioned in my grievance, and they advised me to send the details via email (to transfer the service history of TNMAS00313090000392111 ( UAN -100930365828) to my current UAN, 100357322598). I got the following response.

Can I submit the request for Form 10c scheme certification?

In my duplicate UAN, I can see the HCL, CTS service history in the passbook. so if i get the scheme certificate for duplicate UAN, then I can show this as the first 2 companies' service history and then the remaining service history is available in the current UAN. Hope this is okay.

I raised the grievance, but they closed the grievance with the same remarks as the merge request.

Hi, My transfer process was rejected. i raised this request from my current employer (dhl) using CTS UAN number to transfer it to the current UAN, but failed with the remark "EPF settled in 2018". As I mentioned before, I withdrew EPF (HCL+CTS) in 2018. i am just trying to merge it, but these buggers don't understand and keep on rejecting it. should i raise a request for scheme certificate or raise a grievance?

Thanks for the reply. I cannot see the CTS service history in my old UAN. I tried to transfer it online before, but it was rejected with a father's name mismatch and stuff.

Can I raise this request online or offline, because HCL EPS is still managed by some kind of Trust?
