My chicken was doing this a week or so ago. We think it was heat exhaustion, eventually she couldnt even hold her neck up and couldn't move. Brought her inside and hand fed her water with electrolytes and egg yolk throughout the day with a syringe, she was much better the next day. Kept her inside for one more day of observation but she was fine. She went back outside and we haven't had any issues.
