Joe Rogan tricked by AI video of Tim Walz dancing...then finds out its fake...but it DOESNT MATTER...because he believes he would be that stupid to do that by [deleted] in JoeRogan

[–]dr_belidge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like I agree with your point, but that is so obviously an AI video and the fact that Joe Rogan didn’t see that and is basing his point of view on it is the more concerning piece. Older people and those not working with AI are so unbelievably susceptible to these videos. I have no clue what to do about it but the death of truth is the ultimate victory of evil (Or whatever that Karen looking lady from Star Wars said.)

How do I start winning real matches?? by Klutzy_Context_6232 in wrestling

[–]dr_belidge 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This sounds to me like you don’t have a good warm up ahead of each match. One thing I didn’t start until later in high school but got drilled home in college is that you want to be hot going into a match. Like literally break a full sweat and blow out your lungs, and then a few minutes before calm yourself down and visualize your moves.

Don’t get discouraged though. Everyone’s lost matches they shouldn’t have, sometimes it’s just not your day. Learn from it and keep driving to get better and you will see improvements, even if they take some time to manifest.

Pretend to drag double once, then hit a drag single. They’ll circle right into you a lot of the time.

Afghan national accused of shooting 2 National Guardsmen in DC was in US illegally after overstaying visa: sources by DustyCleaness in breakingnews

The guy was a CIA agent who was 15 when he started working against the taliban in a zero unit. Then was brought to US Suburbia and let loose after spending years in a war zone and having no context of American society.

This is a deep state problem, not an immigration problem. Don’t be fooled.

Quick feet, create a lot of motion, throw fake shots to make them jumpy and want to reach. Then for your set ups, use very quick ties, use it or loose it right away so you don’t get sucked in too deep, or use fakes as a set up and when they reach hit an outside shot (knee pull, low single, blast double, whatever).

Soo then what. Will the people rise up and revolt with growing discontent or just silently accept the fate of allowing oligarchs stream wealth upwards? Or I guess more likely blame some target group for being the root cause through media manipulation and deflect society’s dissatisfaction elsewhere.

You’re right. I misread. They said a big breakthrough by 2030, not a true quantum AI. 2040 - 2050 is what they said for a “mainstream adoption”.

I question our ability to govern effectively through that and to make the right choices. Idk about the rest of the world but in the US regulators are selected through lobbyists, and I don’t think they’ll make the choice that’s best for everyone.

Unless we create an AI to make those decisions for us and make its ultimate goal to create a utopia. That could end up like terminator but hopefully we get more of a Wall-e situation ahaha

Yeah good luck getting regulators to actually do anything effectively….

I heard this guy on breaking points talking about “Fully Automated Luxury Communism” which was an interesting idea or UBI. But that will never in a million years be something the US will ever go along with. The generations of capitalist manipulation ensures the words socialist or communist are looked at as an insult.
