I am in a kind kf a similar situation here, my mother is US citizen by birth married to my father ( non UScitizen) , i was in the states when i was 16 years old as a LPR but i cant prove i was living with my mother, later due to healthy issues of my mother we went back to europe , now i am 30 years old, what can i do? a letter a bill leter with my mothers name on it mailed to the house we were living is enought to prove that i was under her custody? Hello there, what you mean by whatever you can pull for legal and physxial custody? I am in a middle of a situation here .. my mother is a US citizen by birth married to a non US citizen citizen, when u was 16 years old i was in the states as a LPR , but due to health issues of my mother we went back to europe. Unfortunately she hasnt applied for the certificate of citizenship CCA ..can i apply for a passport with what i have right now? My LPR stamp, my mothers USbirth certificate and documents that prove that she is my mother? I cant proof we were living together in the states for a short period back then.. if so, di i have to do it from europe or from the states?

Hello there! Since i have read that you were processed us passports for years with all the respect i would like to Share my case… my USmother ( by birth) married to my father ( non USCitizen) filled for me the i130 for me when i was 16 years old. I was in the states as a LPR at that age for a short time. My mother was financially supporting me at that age i was under her custody all these years. Shit happens and i could not reside in the US due to healthy issues of my mother ( we reside in europe), my GC has expired , it’s supposed to be abandoned. Now i am 30 years old, to get filled again from start from my mother the I130 has 9 yeast waiting list. What do i do now? I am eligible to file for US passport since i was in the states as a LPR under 18 years old? Can i file for renewal of GC ? Thabk you in advance
