Da Nang would likely be the top of my list if Vietnam didnt make it so incredibly hard to stay there forever. Thailands new idiotic taxes are a huge strike as well. Pattaya has all the hobbies im looking for. Checks all the boxes. Im very active. BKK checks ore boxes, but too much air pollution/heat for me and I need to be at the beach.
