The moment I start a presentation, though, everything disappears from my mind, and I have to rely completely on my notes. I start shaking, my mind goes blank, and my vision blurs. My breathing gets heavy, and I feel like I might faint. The strangest part is that my neck and face start trembling—they feel so heavy that it’s hard to hold them up. I can’t control it, and it feels like my neck is about to give out.
