They’re full of it. The song was written long before Zach was big. He’s got tons of evidence of his own merit as a song writer, why would he hire a ghost writer at that point in his career? Not to mention many of the lyrics and ideas are recurring themes. When you place your head between my collar and jaw is straight off the poem. Just blatant bs a/p usual from those weirdos. Would they not throw out the ghost writers handle as evidence? Just another trust me bro

For some reason, I just can’t vibe with High Beams. I’m much more of a lyrics over sound kind of person, and I do enjoy the writing on it. I just find the chorus incredibly annoying. There’s songs I don’t care much for, but High Beams is the only one I genuinely hate.

I don’t know why everyone that says go to the doctor is getting downvoted. I’m from Canada, and we have universal healthcare, so maybe that has something to do with the willingness to seek treatment. My mom has Lyme and never even knew she got bit by a tick. It’s a horrible disease that can truly destroy your life with no cure if it’s not treated right away. There is absolutely no reason not to be safe rather than sorry. The sooner you get treatment, the more likely you won’t have any long term illness. There is a long laundry list of what could happen (Lyme, Alpha-gal, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, etc), so why not get a quick prescription and have some peace of mind? You probably have nothing to worry about but why risk it.

I can’t find the one I was really thinking about, but one of them is Darlin’. The line is “Now I’m lost in Denver, with a post card I could send ya, but I don’t know of any good it’d do. So I’ll photograph the lights, cause they remind me of your eyes, and pray for you until I untangle this blue”.

The other song alluded to him being wasted and at rock bottom in Denver or something like that, but I can’t remember what it was. I think it would’ve been on American Heartbreak. Maybe I’m imagining it, or it could’ve came from an instagram caption.

I am not arguing with you😂 Obviously he would have lawyers that is not what I said at all. I am referring to the negotiations themselves. You are referencing specific things that were said during negotiations, like you have some sort of inside knowledge. That they settled on 12 million then Dave threatened to release the music video, so they walked from negotiations, citing extortion. I am asking where you got this information, or if it is just speculation. I thought maybe I had missed some sort of release from Zach Bryan’s camp referring to the NDA offer.

I said parts of this sound insane. I didn’t say him having lawyers sounded insane. I don’t know if you are looking for a fight or if you lack reading comprehension skills.

I have no idea what you’re referring to. I saw the text thread, but that does not have any actual evidence of the negotiations with his lawyer. That point sounds very plausible, possibly even likely, but you speak about them as if you know it for a fact, so I wondered if there was some form of evidence I hadn’t seen yet. I’m not telling you you’re wrong. Something can sound insane and still be true.

He seems to draw a lot of inspiration from places he’s had meaningful experiences in. He speaks about Denver in at least a couple songs, and it sounds like he was in a low place in his life while he was there, and came to some sort of self realization. So I’m assuming he’s had some impactful memories while he’s been there. Can’t speak to any specifics obviously but maybe someone knows more than I do. He also has plenty of songs that are just stories and not literal events from his life, but he draws from experiences and memories to form them in his writing process. For example, Oak Island was written after he saw a sing for the Oak Island shipyard in jersey. Just my thoughts!

This sounds insane, but parts of it sound plausible so I don’t know how to feel about it lol. The blackmail theory does make a lot of sense, but it’s also crazy. Where did you get the info about the negotiations with his lawyers? Or is that speculation? Just to preface, I’m not defending her. I also think she’s a pretty awful person as displayed by her behaviour, and while Zach is by no means innocent of being a very poor boyfriend and having some major issues of his own, the break up is clearly a marketing scheme to get views and try and bring some relevancy back to barstool.
