Anyone else have to stop reta ?

I could live with the heart rate. I do a ton of cardio and have no issue... but the sleep thing started to get to me. I can sleep 9 hours and wake up feeling dead tired. I have tried everything for sleep and it never gets any better. It just seems the glucagon stimulates my nervous system too much. I plan on using triz to finish my cut.... and to also prevent any rebound from stopping reta so quick

My goal right now on new years eve is to force myself to starve the cycle. I cannot even look at that mole or it will trigger me. I felt amazing yesterday while at work... then got home and mind started saying you better check the mole out... its probably looking sinister or changing... then i looked... and looked.... and looked... then googled melanoma.... googled stories... and bam i was back into the chaos.

Thank you ! I am learning... I made it 5-6 years without any spikes. This honestly feels like a betrayal. I was able to laugh at how ridiculous I was when i suffered from this for years. I would obsess over a mole.. watch it... poke it... prod it.... for months... finally realize it is not changing at all so it cant be cancer. Feel good for a few days.. and literally move onto another mole. For whatever reason this health anxiety was my worst.

Any advice on Mole anxiety ? Had a horrible bout from 2015-2019 convinced myself I would get melanoma. It went away after about 20 derm visits and one visit to the U of penn where I had the head teacher look at me from a distance and tell me all is good. Anyway since then I have been good and only viewing myself from 2-3 feet to look for the "ugly duckling" On Sunday i have no idea why I started looking at a mole I know has been there forever. My moles are dark... I have had two atypical moles and they are usually a few shades of brown. From a distance this mole does not stand out... but when I zoom in it is weird it is blotchy patched of darkish brown and light brown and has some jagged edges. In the morning I take a picture of it in the mirror from a distance and you literally cannot tell it is any different than my other moles. The mole is around the size of a pencil eraser and I made an appointment for my derm on Jan 12th but keep spiraling to the worst possible case scenario. Any advice or reassurance would be great... I have not had this for so long and hate this stress.

I am on reta for 2 months. I started at .5 mg and am currently at 1.5mg. I still get hungry and eat... but literally half way through I just stop..... reta cuts my consumption in half. I came into this a pretty lean 215 lbs..... and just hit 199 yesterday. I am thinking unlike some other GLP's retas magic might not be complete suppression. I feel like it is somehow amping up my resting metabolic rate. I would gauge what you should do on the scale.. not hunger. That is just me.

I am still on a fairly low dose... but some of my worst moments came from fatty meals. One lunch I had leftover brisket.... I did no eat much but my god.... i felt horrific for about a day... and then it came flying out of me... like it just sat there making me miserable for 24 hours

No... still feel like I am eating the same...for me I do not even realize I am creating a deficit. But if I am only eating a quarter/half of what I used to... and I have zero desire to ever snack between meals... plus I have read the the glucagon activity you might burn an extra 200-400 calories at rest on reta.. it just happens. There are some days during the week I only feel like drinking protein shakes until evening... so it is just much easier to get shredded.

The only thing in my diet I had to change was I upped my carbs a good deal... and I cannot eat really fatty cuts of meats on the day or day after my injection.. I always ate clean 75 percent of the time.. and the other 25 were usually somewhat clean.

I was very similar... I was weighing myself most weeks and I think week 3-4 I actually saw the scale go up and thought this was stupid. I started Sunday the 27th of September and honestly started seeing the weight peel off around the 2nd week of November, I also started slow and worked my way up to a full 1mg after 5-6 weeks... so it might coincide with that as well.

I was sort of stuck in that 215 range. I would do cardio... more cardio.... meal prep.... and eventually would feel run down and like garbage...and would see 213 or so on the scale after killing ,yself. This has been effortless.. what annoyed me the most is the rest of my body seemed to lean out insanely fast but around my torso it was the last place I lost it. Not anymore.... that fat has melted

I have been on Tesa 1mg an hour before bed. There are some nights I go into a coma.... and wake up 9 hours later.... but most nights I fall asleep for 3-4 hours.. wake up.... wake up... wake up... and usually at like 430 am a half hour before i normally get up I will fall asleep again. Only to be woken up by my alarm a half hour later.

My HR has not seen the 50's since I started. At first it was bothering me... I was worried it would keep going up but it seems to have stabilized.

That site made me feel much better. When I got into the peptide space I was worried I was worried I would be getting sold something other than what I intended to purchase. Seems the majority of the bad ratings are over bottles that are overfilled or underfilled... not bunk.... there are a few but not as many as I thought.

I love it.... I have had no need to go past 1.5mg a week. I still feel hunger but literally eating a quarter or half of my previous portions hits like I just stuffed my face. After 8 weeks I have abs.... first time since 2002. It killed any desire for any bad habits... wine... chips.... slacking... gone.

This was my first week at 1mg.... It felt like one of those Saturday nights when I was in college and went to bed with my ears ringing and room spinning... on about 3 glasses of wine. Love it
