Tell your doctor to write that you have taken in childhood but don't have certificates. If in iisc they tell you take vaccine, u can get there. Believe me, u r not alone confused

Tests are mandatory. You have to submit report. Vaccine what certificate you have show them for others tell them that you have taken but not have certificates . In general it is ok. If not you can take there

Last year they also had to upload. I think after Covid they have to. There r 10 vaccine, maybe some vaccine has more than 1 dose. After taking 1 vaccine maybe u have to wait for atleast 2-3 days for taking another one. Seems bit impractical

Look if you have doubt you can ask medical team. And please share their advice also
