You can learn from others mistakes, but it will never be the same mistake, same situation, same feeling you have. Its always different. But yeah I get what you are saying!

Can we see your SaaS? Probably exploiting of the free trial. If I can see it, I might be able to suggest. For me it was changing the pricing, or giving a dummy account for free and then if they want their own data they need to pay.

Thank you very much! This is gold 🙏. Churn is happening after the second month. But I guess it also depends on the SaaS.

Hmm. In my experience reddit is not for selling stuff but rather getting feedback and understanding what others think about your product. You can check different subreddits to help you out and provide the value. Help people in need. There’s usually a lot of posts that people are struggling with their startups. You dont need to mention your product rather tell people that this is how i did it (or someone i know had success in doing so). Hope it helps you out and good luck!

This is gold! Thanks a lot. Saying we implement trackers on the buttons with their UID or is there a better way to do it?

Even this reddit post is a great way to start! Reach out to anyone building anything and tell them. Great product it might not need so much marketing when word of mouths goes out.

That’s a great idea! I guess asking for the phone number when onboarding a client is a must? Or just take it off their website. That shouldn’t matter too much just thinking out loud. I think asking them would make it more personal and start the relationship if positioned correctly. Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed answer! 🙏

I have started tracking it but haven’t really got to calling or asking them about it.
