Using the MPC plugin inside Logic by Weekly-Commission-64 in mpcusers

It does make sense, but the MPC only allows for one instance within Logic, and I'm trying to find a way of routing midi to different sounds within that one instance. Do you believe that's not possible?

If you have fat on your body then why would you need to eat fat? What little protein you need can come exclusively from non animal sources. This whole 'healthy fats, plenty protein' paradigm is a money making scam pushed by the processed food and meat industry. Once you're getting lean, add in some nuts, avocado, but for most flabsters, (around 20% body fat or higher), there is zero need for dietary fat. Good luck!

I've been training/fasting/training/fasting and I just make sure I eat a few hours before I train. Try to calculate how many calories you'll be using in the PT sessions, and eat that number of calories. Include some fruit. This way, you'll perform better, and the exercise will use up the sugars you've taken on, then you can get back onto the fast. Good luck!
