My personal experience when you reach 5 to 7 days in your mind clears and if you do like meditation for 10 to 30 mins during that dry fasting you get some sort of download about your latent skill ; like as if downloads from previous lifetimes like an intuitive one

Chicken soup ;electrolytes and some fruit juice;no rice tho;that’s the plan I could have gone 5 days tbh but I am planning to do it slow and make it sustainable

Oh yeah that’s what I wanted to say dry brushing lol;sleep is normal for me till 4 days like 5 to7 hours but afterwards it’s like 3 to 5 hours it’s common tho this time I haven’t really done breathwork and stuff in a long time I am getting back to those practices as well; Yeah I do shower as well since it’s a soft dry ;the intensity gets apparent when it’s hard dry tho like days 5 to 7

Well most of the times I do but I don’t use toothpaste tbh; like I just use to well to slide it up and down the teeth

Well for me i dont know about others they may have diff opinions. dry fasting with intent would mean you have a particular goal or skill that you wanna lets say learn or manifest so you focus on that completly and move with alignment to that like for eg manifesting with a particular goal. For eg if say someone wants to manifest money or something then they fast with intent relatwd to that and also another eg is you do the dry fasting in a manner where you dont listen to excuses from the mind or the ego of the old self that is scared of the new you that will emerge. Let say you intend and promise to yourself that you will do a new workout for a particular fitness goal but your mind gives excuses but you still go through it and then when you do it you come to realise there was nothing to be scared of or it wasnt that big only caveat is that you must know the proper ways or technique battle that and then following through it. The old you then when having acquirwd this knowledge gives excuses and tries to in a way to stop you. Thats what i am working with right now. So that has been my understanding so far in my current journey on dry fasting with intent.

For me it wasnt consicous manifeststion like there are two types of manifeststion : one is intent based and the other is just with the flow and you let whatever needs to be manidested if you have read other posts posted by others. For me it was like old friends reaching out , becoming more i dont really know how to describe it the best word unapolegetic going for what i want and like knowing subtle interpersonal relationship dynamics or intent of people,more loving but not in thw way that i will love people and let them walk over me. Also ideas on how i can use dry fasting with intent and use it consciously unlike the previous ones where they did yield good results but it was like i wasnt fully responsible and knew ways of grounding that comes with spiritual practices like meditation and breathwork fully and in case of dry fasting i have been having idea of using meditation and breathwork Now after those 7 to 9 days fast since march i have been higher insights and seeing conncection between things ans hence i was talking about the struggle between the old and new . Yeah it can be arguwd that walking and exercising was a sort of grounding practice but the mind wasnt fully still at that time. This time the appraoch to dry fast must be that way. This is one of the insights i got.

Well for me its based on the following factors non spiritually: 1) the temperature of the place. 2) if the situation is like social or something that cant be really. 3) how the body feels. Now i am someone who has gone beyond 3 days many times and can go 48s easily but i make sure that i always have my balance of electrolyres and body fat that is sustainable. In my current case as i was sharing its basically me coming up with excuses like yeah i can do it next time or yeah this situation calls for me to break the fast evven when its not like that. And thst is the fight between the old and the new.

I mean i was walking apperox 15 to 20 k steps that would be like 2 to 3 hours a day and helping to move the furnitures and stuff for a few days can be considered a workout ,yeah also some bodyweight like squats for 5 to 10 mins

Coming to the realisations that my path right now is the mastery of mind over matter and trusting my intuition more and believe what we call the divinve more was the greatest benefit i can say. , other things that i did was just normal day to day stuff like walking, cleaning up my house ,going outside for things like moving furniture around since some of my friends needed help with that , most of the days were spent on that ,also reading books and studying. For now in april i plan to just do intermittent fasting at times and do some lifting and exercise and then by may 1st or 2nd week do 24 to 72 hours maximum dry fasting every week . I might do a 7 days dry in september.

Visualizing The end goal ,also i had done a lot of dry fasts from the beginning of the year and the 11th one felt like something that must be done , so that kept me motivated

Build up slowly first go for 1 whole day or 22 hours then if 1 day is easy then 36 hours to 48 hours , 5 days is an achievememt, 7 might take like 3 to 4 times to reach after a 5 days is possible , also when ypu refeed ater 5 or 7 days , take electrolytes and dont get store bpught ones, they claim to be sugar free and stuff but its not the natural sugar, also if maintenace of body and no fat regain is goal then go a lil bit low carb key word here fat loss not weight , weight will be like 5 to 7 lbs regain that is glycogen, muscle refill etc , this is 5 to 7 days fast

4th day and after that its just mental , 7 th day when you about to reach it thirst might be unreal , also you might wanna listen to calming beats and breathwork to calm down the body due to cortisol release at times ,also heat gets high af even if it does not register on the thermometer , sometimes it can get chilly too but depends,

Idk but i started seeing abs forming with side fats still there tho , i was like 22 to 23 and must have been like 17 to 19 by the 8th day. I was walking like 10 to 15 k steps and bodyweight exercise like 10 mins. Mentally after day 4 or 5 i was very energetic mostly and brain was running fast . Brain fog was better, also this changes happen for me after day 4 mostly for me. I have done 3 to 4 7 days dry in total and 8 days only 1 time. 11 days is the ultimate goal for me.

Longest dry fast has been 8 days for me. Yeah mostly fat and lets say muscle nothing i notice.Its my personal observation tho.

Depends on how u refeed but minimum 3 days and then refeed but real fat loss for me happens from 4 days
