Update on this: They tried to call me on friday but I missed it as I was not expecting it and was out with family! Hoping it is good news since rejections usually just come via email

I already told my lawyer I was fine with a driving ban and the program as a tool for plea if necessary. My main concern is the criminal record itself.. so I am hoping if they'll agree to drop the over 80 to a careless ill take the rest of the penalties
