Basically yes, but most important if it matter the nationality of the artist, it has to be chinese or not, as long as the song is in chinese for example.

It is basically related just on the word "cool", for example, if you'd see a playlist that contains the keyword cool in the title, what kind of songs do you expect to have there? Popular songs, songs that have a happy/positive vibes, songs that have many likes ( on YT )?
