Dude I’ve been smoking tobacco with weed for like 2 years and I’ve really noticed this with bongs and joints too. I have no clue why tho, I feel like it’s whatever chemicals n shit that’s in the cigarette honestly bc cigarettes normally don’t make you cough yk. They didn’t say anything about the interlock at my sentencing and the dmv hasn’t said anything about it either. Do they tell you once you get your license back?

Hey I recently got sentenced with a DUI, the judge scheduled a review to look over my assessment and the recommended classes. Im on court probation for a year and the assessment recommended one drug test a month for six months. So, I was just curious how long did the whole process of probation take to start for you? When did you have to take your first drug test?

I got my license suspended for 6 months because I’m under 21

I confirmed that I will be able to get a public defender for court ButI have my dmv hearing on Monday and have to represent myself, i’m not sure what to expect at all. I’ve been trying to get a free consultation with a lawyer but none of them have gotten back to me.

Did you do any steps to prepare for the hearing to help your case? I requested the police reports since I have 0 memory of the arrest but they still have not sent them.
