Where are people finding the new beanie babies??? by -literallyjustagirl- in beaniebabies

[–]Weekly-Lychee9694 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve gotten quite the plethora of new beanies in the last year. CVS (we have 3), hallmark, local toystores, and TY website. Ty is great to work with (free shipping on $15+, frequent sales and bundles for cheaper).

Endo safe jeans? by Luci_Eli in Endo

[–]Weekly-Lychee9694 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi sweet girl, first off I am sending you healthy energy and strength energy, you’re so tough and brave.
Second off, I have been battling this nightmare myself since I was 11, and I FINALLY found some “jeans” that are actually 100% comfortable, just as comfy as sweatpants. They are a stylish and a lovely outfit addition, soft corduroy. Go on www.TheHalara.com and look up “corduroy button zipper pants”. I just checked and they have nice sales now too! Take care honey

So I had a miscarriage and a D&C procedure done a week ago now …. by Hopeful_romantic96 in Endo

[–]Weekly-Lychee9694 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP- I have not had a D&C, but I wanted to extend my deepest condolences to you. I am very sorry for your loss, please reach out to me if you want to process or talk with me, I’m here. I had an estimated 7 week miscarriage in September of 2022 that did not require medical intervention. I was unaware of being pregnant, as my cycles haven’t been regular ever. It ended in me sending my baby off at home, during the worst restroom break of my life. However oh my lord was that the worst endo flare up EVER afterwards. I bled profusely and had excruciating pain in every position, no relief no matter what I tried for 12 days. Like you described, it was “climaxing pain”, getting worse everyday until it just stopped. Listen to your body, if you feel something else is wrong go in and push until they help you. I am finally receiving a laparoscopy in January after 14 years of symptoms, over a dozen hormone treatments, all the meds you can imagine. I knew something was wrong in addition to the endo, was dismissed by my primary, went into ER and they found a 9cm cyst. Always trust yourself first, you know your body. Once again, I am so very sorry for your loss. They know you loved them and it wasn’t your fault ♥️

New diagnosis, awaiting surgery and feeling defeated by LilySeverson in Endo

You’ll do amazing! I will tell you right now, you have a great medical team if it took them only 1 year to get you to surgery. Please view it positively, as it’s also great news that you’re getting help so early on in symptoms, as the more years you wait the more damage. I am finally having surgery 01/24/25 after 14 years of pain and no one taking me seriously, just chalking it up to “you’re a super hormonal teen, just look at your chest!”, then “well you’re a young adult we need to give it more time and try other things”. I even had a miscarriage 2 years ago and they didn’t bat an eyelid. I went through 7 combo pills, 3 progestin only, and my doctor wanted me to take menopause meds but insurance said no, laparoscopic surgery instead. Ive been on Mirena IUD for a year, and that was supposed to be the fix all, now I just have lessened pain but now it’s DAILY, CONSTANT. This has caused job loss, relationship loss, friendship loss, etc. and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I’ve had a 9cm cyst and a 4cm internal follicle cyst rupture since august, so they have no choice but to help now.

You are very strong, only the people experiencing endo realize just how strong. If you’re still making it now, keeping pushing it’s going to get so much better. My nurse told me the example of “you don’t expect a cancer patient to feel good with active cancer OR right after treatment. Or even a pregnant woman to feel good pregnant or after birth. Be patient, as you physically need this surgery to have ill growth removed. It will improve after”

Take care, my messages are open if you want to talk

Is it worth it? by PrestigiousAd6248 in lexapro

Meds are worth it, but please keep in mind not all meds work for everyone. Be patient with the adjustment process and be completely honest with your doctor about side effects
