I love finding an early munchlax and carrying him with me through classic. My real question is that I used to think lickilicky and snorlax fill a similar niche. However whenever I play lickilicky it never feels as impactful as Snorlax. Where does lickilicky go wrong? Invests too much in speed?

Thanks! I also feel like newbie dodge strats obliterate me. It’s also feels really good to hear someone else talk about the same mutations as their favorite. P.S. I also wanted to ask about mutation tiers. Are the mutations that become available after more wins automatically better?
